Rental/Lease Requirements and Stipulations

Certificate of Liability Insurance: MCT Industries, Inc. must be listed as the Loss Payee for the value of the trailer. Insurance must be kept through out the rental/lease period. The unit must be listed on the certificate. The rentee/leasee is responsible for the maintenance of the trailer while it is in the rentee's/leasee's possession. Rentee/leasee is responsible for any damage to the trailer while it is in the rentee's/leasee's possession. MCT must have a completed and signed rental/lease agreement from the renting/leasing party. Example of the rental agreement is attached.
