We take orders over the phone, through fax, or by mail in. One of our order forms is included below to make it easier for you to place your order. If you choose to send in by fax or mail, just print out the form and send it in. If you choose to place your order by phone we will happily assist you. All custom orders must be placed by phone to ensure that the product will comply with your exact specifications. Any questions should be directed through our e-mail address which is checked several times a day.
